[Kenwood] TM-732 has weird TX offset on UHF

And to continue on that vein, yes it is possible to reconfigure (diodes, 
resistors or jumpers inside the radio) for different parts of the 
world.  Your model apparently had such (minor) surgery.

A simple Google search should provide the needed information.  As I 
recall, setting it to the "A" (US) model will also allow cross band 
repeating that the "E" version does not (mine has been stored for years).

Once the mod is (un)made, a full reset of the radio is REQUIRED.
