[Kenwood] Frequency knob for a tm-241a

Gentle persons,
I am in need of the frequency tuning knob for a TM-241A Vhf radio. 
Kenwood no longer has any left. Does anyone on the list have or know of 
a broken or junker radio, they would separate one from?

I have a working radio that I will give to an enterprising young ham.
Your assistance would be appreciated.
