[Kenwood] TS-50SG ALC Flucuations

Experiencing intermittent, but drastic, ALC fluctuations when operating
FT4/8. Purchased in June 2018, and almost from day one, very difficult to
keep ALC setting within the prescribed limits (2 bars) in WSJT instruction.
Recently, especially when making multiple (4+) transmissions, the ALC will
fluctuate from zero to full scale. Allowing 30 seconds - 1 minute, after
fluctuation, none noticed until 4+ transmissions are made? No change in
SWR, just ALC fluctuation, and power output? Using direct USB connection,
between radio and computer. No external digital interface involved.
