[Kenwood] Kenwood Repair?

Didn't know that Cliff Holland retired, I was going to recommend him.  He was an excellent technician.

Anyone have a suggestion for the repair of a Kenwood TS-870?  The
problem is most likely blown finals?  As far as I can tell, Kenwood East
is out of business and Clif Holland has finally retired?

The rig is in Connecticut, and belongs to a friend.
