A special thanks for the help goes to- Steve k7dna and Clif KA5IPF 
-for clearing-up what I thought was a problem with the tuning 
system.  After re-assembling the VFO, and installing it back into the 
rig - I have "zeroed" it and it hits "0" when the digital reads 
"0.0".  With the help of the K4EAA capacitor kit, the B+ 460V has 
gone up to B+ 830V key-down. Sweet!
The rig is in good physical shape for its age; no scratches, chips, 
or cracks. Compressed air and a paint brush took the very-thin layer 
of dust off the boards.  Overall, I believe the rig was 
"original-parts", even the WARC [TOF] disable line was intact!  The 
only non-factory modification was a "Phone-Patch" connection using 
the pre-drilled holes in the unit. A fun restoration, but the best 
part is this rig fits in better with the Collins S-Line stuff around it!
