[Kenwood] Kenwood TS940 & TL922

I was wondering if anyone in the group is a TS940 expert in fixing
said radio.  I have has issues for many years with no RX/TX, and the
display going blank.   It will take many attempts of power-ups to get
her going again.  I have had it fixed twice, but it continues over
time.  Most of my techs have retired, or are to far away.

Any recommendations?  I live in Murphy, NC
