[Kenwood] ts-950s

     Hello, I own a K-wood TS-950S, ser# 0110242. The issue I have is the memory battery (BA1) on the digital board was almost dead, so when the radio is turned on the display shows 14.0000 and when installing a battery source of 3volts  and holding the A=B button while turning the radio back on the same results: 14.000 and then the digits disappear and UV in cw is sounded from the radio.  Has any body else had this problem?  Any help would be appreciated   Thank You, Gary N3ICS
