If the Rx section is working normally, it sounds like you might have a
problem with the HV supply to the finals and driver. If the HV caps have never
been replaced, they may have gone bad on you - a common problem with the KW
hybrids after so many years. If your receiver section is working, then
I'd get a service manual and check all the voltages of the pins of the 12BY7
and 6146b's. Remember - there's 600-700VDC on the plates of the finals
which can be lethal so you need to be very careful troubleshooting the final
cage.
