Good afternoon to the group,

I have a Kenwood TS-830S that receives well but does not transmit.   The
driver and the output tubes are good, but no output.  I know this  sounds
vague, but I'm more used to tube equipment than solid state or hybrid  gear.
Any help on where to start would be appreciated.
