[Kenwood] Displaying trapezoidal pattern on SM-230

When Kenwood went from the SM-220 monitor scope to the SM-230, for some
inexplicable reason they removed the ability to display trapezoidal patterns
(for verifying the linearity of your amplifier).

Anybody know if there is a way to add that capability back, perhaps with a
third-party signal-pickoff device and/or some obscure setting on the SM-230?
