I don't know but I don't really want to do that.  They have a policy 
and I have to respect that.

Anyway, my guess is they're not so much worried about it arriving 
there in one piece, at that point they haven't touched it yet so they 
can't be blamed if it arrives trashed.  They're probably more 
concerned with it arriving back here in one piece after the 
repairs.  They don't want to get blamed if they pack it back up in my 
box and it gets trashed on the way back here.  I get that.
