Kenwood TM-701A, Dual Band Transceiver:

The Kenwood TM-701A is a dual band 2 meter and 440
MHz transceiver. It features 20 memory channels and
multiscan functions. Extended receive range is 136-174
MHz and 438-450 MHz. Power output is 25/5 watts on 2
meters and 35/10/5 watts on 440 MHz. Frequency step
is selectable at 5, 10, 15, 20, 12.5 and 25 kHz. CTCSS
tone encode is built-in. It requires 13.8 V DC at 6.9
amps.

Kenwood TSU-6 CTCSS Tone Encoder/Decoder:

Many transceivers, both mobile and HTs, either have
no subaudible CTCSS PL tones in them, or they may
have an encoder only.

If you need both encode and decode, it may be that
you need the TSU-6, depending on your rig.

The TSU-6 is made to work with the TH-25, TH-45, and
TH-55 series HTs and probably others. It also works
with the TM-231, TM-701, TM-702, TM-721, TM-731 and
likely other mobile rigs.

This one works fine. Since it installs internally,
cosmetics is a non-issue.

Buy this unit for $45.

Kenwood TM-271 A, 2 meter FM Transceiver:

The TM-271A provides 60 watts output and has NOAA
weather built in with alert tone. You get 200 memories,
and a green LCD display with 32 step brightness control.
The front panel and microphone keypads are also illuminated.

The TM-271 is packed with features such as CTCSS and DCS
tones. Several forms of scanning are supported including
VFO, program, memory, group, call scan, and tone scan.
Automatic repeater offset, automatic simplex checker, and
automatic power off are supported.

This particular unit is in its original box and looks great.
I can not find a scratch on the radio. The mic cord has
been reinforced with tape. It transmits fine. It receives
OK, but the sensitivity seems down. The SK who had it
thought the same, and sent it to Kenwood for repair.
Kenwood returned it, saying it was fine. I will include
the paper from Kenwood.

Kenwood TH-22, 2 meter HT:

The Kenwood TH-22AT 2 meter HT will fit in your shirt
pocket yet deliver impressive performance. Features
include DTMF keypad, easy-to-use menus, multiple
scan functions, and 40 memories. Three power levels
are supported (5 watt, 1/2 watt or 30 mW) depending
on battery used. It includes auto battery-saver, auto
power off, CTCSS encoder, backlit display. The receiver
covers 136-173.995 MHz. Only 2.2x4.9x1 inches.

Kenwood KPS-7 Power Supply:

The Kenwood KPS-7 is a linear power supply, as opposed
to a switching type. This means it will not produce
noise in your receiver.

It is rated for 6 Amperes continuous duty and 7 Amperes
ICS at 13.8 V DC. This makes it ideal for 2 meter or
dual band rigs. As an additional bonus, it is designed
so that the rig can set on top of the power supply,
making a nice compact package. Of course it can be
used with any type rig -- it does not need to be a
Kenwood.

Kenwood MC-43 Hand Microphone:

The Kenwood MC-43 is the hand mic that comes with
most of the Kenwood rigs when bought new. It has
the round 8 pin connector on it, and is a dynamic
microphone, so it does not need a polarizing voltage
as an electret mic does.

In addition to the PTT switch, there are up and down
buttons on the top to change the frequency.

This one is works 100%, and looks like new. $40

Kenwood 4 pin hand mic

This mic has no number on it, but is like the mic used
on the TS-700, TR-7400, and other rigs of this era.
It should work with most any Kenwood rig needing
a 4 pin connector.

Kenwood Power Cables

Power Cable with 6 pin Molex plug on one end as used by most
HF rigs, and many others, and stripped/tinned ends on the
other end. Very good condition.  $22

Kenwood PG-2 N
This is the power cable that has a "T" connector on one end
as is used with most 2 meter, 440 MHz and dual band rigs.
This one is new, still in its original packing.
HRO sells these for $18.  Buy this one for only $13.
