[Kenwood] TS950SDX receive cut-off frequency

The receive filter cut-off frequency is selected in menu no. 19 of the
TS950SDX by pushing the UP/DOWN switches. The range goes from 600 Hz to 6000
Hz. These are high cut frequencies, but where are low cut frequencies seen?
Are only high cut frequencies adjustable in receive? In transmit both high
and low frequencies can be adjusted (menu no. 20 and 21).
