[Kenwood] TS-870S CALIBRATION

Hi all,

      I have a TS-870S that the digital frequency readout is slightly 
off. I pulled the top cover and found the trimmer that you adjust to 
correct this, but I cannot find a screwdriver small enough to fit in 
the trimmer screw. It is a phillips screw. I have a #1, and a #0 
phillips, and also a miniature jeweler's screwdriver set, but none of 
them will fit into the screw head. I also have a bunch of alignment 
tools, but none of them are phillips. I can't really tell if the 
screwdrivers are too big, or if there is some clear coating on the 
screw that keeps the screwdriver from entering the screw head. The 
trimmer is about an inch or so below the chassis, and it is hard to 
see if there is some coating there. Has anybody had any success 
adjusting this trimmer ???  What did you use ???
