[Kenwood] Kenwood TS-520

In a previous QSO (E-Mail), I stated the problem with my Kenwood TS-520 was
with a key-up problem. You had suggested changing the 6146's, that did no
good. With the "Heater Switch" turned off (so that there is practically no
RF output, when you key the microphone and release it, the transmitter
stays keyed up. You have to turn Main power off, and then back on, for it
to return to receive. I feel like it has something to do with the relay,
but not sure what it could be. In trying to resolve the problem, I lifted
and moved the frequency display from on top of the transmitter, and it
worked for a few seconds, and then went back to the same old problem. Even
though the VOX Switch is off, I turned down the Vox Sen., Delay, with still
no improvement. Any other possible thoughts ???   Jim   WA5WRE
