[Kenwood] TS-430S & Transverters

I asked this a while ago, but did not see it come back out from the 
reflector. So if it did and I missed it sorry. I did not see any answers 
too.

OK I have a TS-430S and plan on hooking up a 2 meter Transverter to it.

Now I'm99% sure when in the transverter set up the IC ( a old tube guy 
would say plate current ) meter position will show nothing since it will 
be only making milliwatts of 10 meter power.

BUT  the ALC  and processor etc. meter readings will they still function 
as if i was still making 100 watts?
