[Kenwood] TS 140s Power Adjust

No it was not my idea. I did this back around 1989 when we moved to 
Alaska. I read about it somewhere. I do remember that it was -9 volts to 
the pot and then to the ALC input. Actually that is probably all it was. 
The positive end of the battery goes to ground. It is possible there was 
another resistor to limit the voltage to the ALC, but I don't remember.
