[Kenwood] Kenwood AT-230 Manual Antenna tuner PEP limit

I'd NOT trust the Kenwood AT-230 tuner to handle this much  power, since 
the specs indicate what it can safely handle, which is considerably  less than 
what your amplifier can deliver.   Chances are it MAY safely  handle 
something over 100 watts carrier (or 200 watts peak, SSB) on some bands,  under 
certain load conditions, but why chance it, especially when your Heathkit  
tuner can do the job with margin.   I suggest you use the Kenwood  tuner with 
the TS-870 ONLY if the amplifier is NOT following it.

SA2060A antenna tuner but the Heathkit is rated at 2000  watts PEP.
