Ok I made everything dead on with the frequency counter.
And listening to the sound coming out it is just as it should be except
for two things.
1- Ok the off freq is still an issue. But it's OK because when I tune
someone in to the tone I like like around 400Hz or when I CQ people come
back to me at around 400 Hz too so thats OK, and actually preferable too
than the 800 Hz default.
BUT
Now I'm umm getting some of the opposite sideband passing through.
Like when I tune into a strong CW signal and start high tone and slide
down lower and lower and lower to zero tone. and normally that would be
the last you hear of the station.
BUT
No, if I continue tuning I hear the station again now going up in
frrequency weaker yes, but audiable, and it finally goes away when it
hits ohhh 200 Hz or so.
I know this should not be.
so what should I look for that will fix this?
