Do a Google on my sign and skycommand and do a google, that will save me
a lot of typing your reading what I have posted before on this topic.

Your remote skycommand capable radio, dualbander or ht, will link to the
dualbander in your 2000 giving almost full access to the controls,
features, modes etc for the HF portion of the 2000.

Dont have a 2000 so dont know about the internet question.

No, there are different models of the TS-2000 but all should all do
SkyCommand if they have the latest firmware update.

SkyCommand info:

Get a used TH-D7AG or a new TH-D72AG walkie talkie and do hf from your
ht. You wont regret it.

Prefer the TS-480HX for the hf skycommand operation, but it needs a dual
bander connected to it for SkyCommand operation. I use a TMD-D700A, but
you have to buy that used, or get a new TM-D710A.

Another question: Is the TS 2000 internet ready so you can connect to the internet and use it as a base station using VOIP? Are all TS 2000 transceivers the same , meaning will they all perform the same regarding remote What is Sky Command operation? Thanks and 73, John, K5PGW
