[Kenwood] Removing AVR board from TS-940 for troubleshooting

Clif,

Thanks for the quick reply!

Soldered to Q103; condition/symptoms unchanged.
Repeated measurements at Q103, same voltages as indicated previously.

FYI the socket for Q103 was clearly discolored from overheating.

Any next step suggested?
