[Kenwood] KSM Memory Management Software?

Has anyone managed to get a "free" registration number from Patrick Prevoo 
PP1ETL, for his Kenwood Smart Memory software? I haven't been able to get in 
contact with him and I don't see his callsign listed on QRZ.com.
