Hello-
    The texas Instr. SN76514 is a double balaned modulator IC, and is identical 
to the TL442CN. They interchange with each other.

There is no listing for a SN765141C in the parts list for any of the
models in the TS-700 series. However, in the TS-700S and TS-700SP HET
Unit (X50-1410-11 or X50-1410-61), there is one for a SN76514N. Maybe
this is what you are looking for.
