[Kenwood] TH-215 low volume

Hello,

I've got a TH-215A that has very low audio output. At full volume
the output can barely be heard. I've tried using an external speaker
and a speaker/mic with no change.

So here's the facts:

- volume control works
- low output even at maximum volume control (tuned to strong signal)
- external speaker makes no difference
- when not tuned to a signal, hiss level is also low

Has anyone encountered this problem and know of a fix?
