[Kenwood] service on a set of Kenwood twins

I need to get the transmitter t-599D of my twins serviced. Have contacted most all the sites that service the Kenwood Hybrids,seems one one is  willing to work on the twins. Does anyone in the group have any suggestions as to 
someone who can service the pair,or at least the transmitter?
