[Kenwood] TS-130S

I need to adjust the S meter on my TS-130S. It moves only on very strong 
signals. Before I start doing anything, I would like to know how 
accessible is the IF board. I have the service manual and equipment to 
do the job, but if it requires a major disassembling effort to get to 
the adjustment points, I will just live with it as is.
