[Kenwood] Tough Kenwood rigs

[manualman at juno.com]

The R and T 599A/D's are electrically the same with only front panel
color and knob color differences. The R599 had some circuit differences
between it R599A/D and the T599 transmitter had some circuit differences
plus several well used controls hidden under the top cover. They were
brought out to the front panel with the T599A/D.
