[Kenwood] Tough Kenwood rigs

My TS-530 just runs and runs. Aside from a badly designed bandswitch shaft (much better now with brass couplers) this is pretty much a tank. I've had it for 10 years.
 
Plastic face on mine looks like a previous owner attacked it with a hatchet around the edges (it was an eBay special). If I can replace that this thing will look as good as it plays!

John,

IMHO, the classic TS-830s is about as tough as they come.  I have several
rigs and the '830s is the only one I would NOT get rid of.......
