John @ LPC Wireless did an outstanding job of completely restoring my 940SAT a few years ago & it's still better than new.
 Also, while I have never used him, Clif @AVVid.com has an impeccable reputation & is most generous with advice on the Yahoo TS 940 group.

I have 2 Kenwood rigs; an 820S, my novice rig, and a 940S.  I’m looking to have them refurbished and brought up to spec.  Do any of you folks have any East coast service tech suggestions?
