I don't know if this will help, but I recently bought a TS-820S (with some 
accessories) from a member of this list for my backup rig, and use it with an 
SB-200.

It has turned out to be a really excellent little rig and drives the SB-200 very 
easily.

I use the setup mostly for CW and PACTOR, although it does work great for 
SSB too.
