Yes.

board. Most of the main problems appear to be centered there.
The digital readout is now quite steady, and no longer comes on and off at irregular intervals.
I am now just about certain that all the issues that have come up are due to the rig being
rattled around in shipping.
And let me reiterate: the units (there were three of them) were VERY well packed. I have
absolutely no complaints whatever with the good fellow I bought the rig from. From my
experiences, he did an excellent job of packing. BTW, I have successfully shipped receivers
like the R-390 which always arrived undamaged, so I know how to pack.
In fact, I kind of expected that some of the things that have popped up like these would
occur. After all, the rig is old and one must not expect things to be perfect.
I am very happy to have it.
Now...back to gungeing out the shack/shop so I can get to work on it...
Too darned many projects, not enough room, and certainly not enough time!!!!!....
Oh. BTW, thanks for all the help, fellows. Much appreciated.
