Not obviously! Is the account hacked? Does the list verify IP
addresses? Is the IP different than the one normally used. I've used a
number of different IP lately and did not need to log in.
More than likely the address has been spoofed. It's possible to use
most anyone's address without knowing their account or password. The IP
will be different though and this "appears" to be the case on the ones
I've looked at. OTOH it's not as simple as it sounds, but not difficult
if you know how.
Clicking on one of those links gives them your valid address to work
from. They'd not be able to log into your account, but they could post
as you and send regular email as you. As I was able to post from a
different computer many miles from here I'm sure IP verification is not
used and would be a royal PITA if it were.
So It's unlikely any hacking has been done, unless you find your account
parameters have been changed. However, using your address anyone can
create accounts as if they are you which can be highly inconvenient or
worse.
