[Kenwood] Service in VE3?

Hello and happy holidays...
 
Can anyone make recommendation of a Kenwood service location in Ontario?   I have a TS-850s that needs the electrolytic cap kit and alignment.  I'd like a referal from someone with good experience with the service shop.   It is too much of a headache to ship to the USA or I would send it to Avvid.   I'm not looking for a 'bargain', I'm looking for competent work  :)
