[Kenwood] TS-130S Band Switch Alignment

Are there any hints, tricks, kinks, etc. in aligning the band switch 
contacts of the TS-130S.  My 15M is particularly bad.  I have to jiggle 
the knob  to get all contacts to make.  Now 20M is starting to get bad.  
I have adjusted the section a couple of times and get it better but that 
never lasts.
