[Kenwood] TS950SDX dead

Thank you for the answers. This is what I have found until now.
1) All settings in the service menu are as before with the exception of 08 
(main receiver s-meter adjustment), 10 (power mest adjustment) and 11 (SWR 
meter adjustment). The values are 172 instead of 5.
2) I have double checked all cables and connectors on the PLL board. All PLL 
coax cables have been checked with an ohmmeter. Nothing wrong was found.
3) Voltages on CN5 and CN6 are as specified.
4) Voltages on all testpoints have been checked. Voltages on TP1, TP3, TP5, 
TP6 and TP10 are as specified. TP2 is not accessible. Voltages on TP 4 and 
TP9 are zero. Voltages on TP 7 and TP8 are +9.2V and not +0.8V, so here is 
only indication that something isn't as it should be.
5) A funny thing is that CN10 isn't on the digram nor on the picture of the 
board in the service manual. CN10 has four pins and is sitting to the left 
of CN3.
6) Resetting the transceiver has no effect.
7) The transceiver won't receive nor transmit, and it is dead in all modes.
