IMHO, although Clif, at AVVID, is a really crusty old fart, it has 
become very obvious to me that he really knows what he is doing. 

He has also been very forthcoming with free information and help, 
even when he could not possibly make any income from that.

If I ever have anything go wrong with my TS-940 that I can't handle 
myself, it would take me about one microsecond to decide to send it 
to him.
