Yeah, well… what’s it worth to be able to ride a motorcycle and enjoy ham radio at the same time? J

Subject: [Kenwood] Bluetooth for TH-D7A/G (Dayton question revisited)
While at Dayton, I had (yet again) another opportunity to ask a question of
the world's least cheerful Kenwood amateur radio expert in the Kenwood
booth. Once again, I got the typical one-word brush-off answer.
But because many of you have had a similar question, I'll follow-up here.
You won't get a helpful answer out of the person I reference.
Q. Do you know if anyone makes a Bluetooth adapter for a Kenwood TH-D7A/G?
A. No. We're not supporting Bluetooth.
Here's a very nice solution and I'm tempted to try it myself - mainly
because I have a TH-D7G mounted on my motorcycle and would like to use a
Bluetooth helmet mic/speaker with the radio.
