[Kenwood] TS-480SAT Dead!

I have a 480SAT on my bench that is totally dead, or looks that way. Just
wondering if this is something that can happen to these radios and whether
there might be a simple fix. Looks like there is 9 volts going to the
control head and about 5 volts on both data lines from the control head to
the radio. Maybe someone else has seen something similar.
