[Kenwood] TS-950S Transmits Within 1 Second of Power On

I was able to get in touch with Lou De Beer (ND6W) in Coronado to whom I was 
referred by several SDDXC club members. I dropped the rig off with him on 
Saturday. He emailed me that he had found the problem on Sunday. There was a 
component failure on the TRX board that controls muting and therefore 
detects if the trans is keyed. The board is on the control  board located 
behind the front panel. The number is: X59-3680-00 (TRX). Repair parts are 
on the way.
