[Kenwood] Board layout or photo needed for YK-88C-1 filter

Am I correct in believing the YK-88C-1 filter (filter on PCB), is simply a bare
YK-88C filter on a simple PCB? Are there other components on there? Can anyone
send me a photo of the bottom of one of these.

The bare filters seem more readily available (i.e. cheaper) than the filters on
PCBs. I've been offered a YK-88C for £25 (i.e. $40), which is less than a
YK-88C-1 would be.

I was thinking it's probably possible to just mount one of the bare filters on a
bit of veroboard. I don't have the facilities here to make a PCB, but could get
a mate to make me one. But given there can be very few connections, I doubt it
actually warrants this.

Does anyone have a YK-88C-1 they want to sell?
