[Kenwood] What's best way to align SO-1 in TS-940S?

I've managed to track down a TS-940S with an SO-1 TCXO. I'm interested
if anyone knows the best way to align this in Europe. I don't have any
cesium, rubidium or GPS locked standard. The best "standard" I have,
which is probably better than a TCXO, is an HP spectrum analyser which
has an oven controlled crystal oscillator. But that's not been
calibrated for years.
I'm wondering if there is any standard in Europe which could be used
for the purpose.
I think long term I'll borrow an off-air standard from a friend which
uses the 60 kHz from Rugby to output 10 MHz. That could be fed into
the spectrum analyzer.
