That's input power and given your numbers = 160 watts; FT-101ZD input
power is spec'd at 180 watts. So with good 6146B's in the final, output
power is roughly 100 to 110 watts.

You have a two foot piece of coax between the FT-101ZD and the amp. There
is no tuner between the 101ZD and the amp so what is it that you are
diddling with to get the reflected power down to zero. Follow the
transceiver tune-up procedure in the operating manual. The FT-101ZD power
output meter position may also need to be calibrated (control in back PO
ADJ).
