Yes. So I read on Rich's site. Due to VHF parasitics (not harmonics).

If you do QSK, yes. Otherwise, no.

Sorry. I don't agree. At the time, they were very well done.

Agreed. I didn't read the statement adequately.

Which in the case of the Heathkit, at least, is not necessary. The Heathkit 
amps have specially designed power transformers which AUTOMATICALLY 
momentarily delay the inrush current.
