Hi Paul,

They're commonly called "3AG" style fuses (an old Littelfuse type).  Today, it just says 1/4" diameter x 1-1/4" length.  A few notes about fuses.  If run at 120V (transformer primaries in parallel), you can get by with glass fuses rated at 125V.  If run at 240V (transformer primaries in series), they need to be ceramic fuses rated at 250V.  If a glass fuse blows when run at 240V, there's a chance the glass can shatter, taking out the holder.  Ceramic fuses can be run at 125V.  The downside with ceramic fuses is, you can't visually tell if it has blown.

The manual for the TL922 says it requires 120V @ 28A or 240V @ 14A.  Likely, it requires no more than about 12A /while runnning at maximum power/.  However, if you don't have inrush current limiting, the fuses could see current high enough to blow them.  In that case, you'd use a slow-blow type rather than a quick-acting type. Your local box store may (or may not) have 250V fuses.  Any electronic parts supplier (Digi-Key, Mouser, Allied, Newark, et al) will.
