[Kenwood] TL-922 problem , please see the video ...

Hi all,

 

I have a problem with my tl-922. When I switch on the amplifier, the tube (
the one the left ) has a big problem ( please see the video at :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PLT8AOePrUI   for more understand ). The tube
is a 3-500Z and not very old, about 3 years.

I opened the amplifier and see nothing near tubes who is burn .

 

 Is someone know what's happened ? Is the problem come the tube or from the
amplifier ?
