[Kenwood] TS 930 Power Output

I recently purchased a Kenwood 930 that has a power output issue. When the unit is turned out, the power output ranges from 40 to 80 watts depending on the band. This is into a dummy load. As the unit heats up, the power output drops to about 20 to 40 watts depending on the band.
 
Any ideas?
