[Kenwood] TS-180S Mystery

Rob,
The other end of the antenna is a straight dipole. No balun at all so 
the open reading makes sense.
I made some voltage readings and found some interesting things.

Ground disconnected
Chassis to Antenna shield 58VAC
Chassis to Ground 38VAC
These readings are the same for the center conductor of the radio and 
are very low current type voltages.
The power supply is clean with no AC on the main DC input.

Welcoming thoughts on this.
