[Kenwood] false alarm TS-820S

The VFO is now working correctly.  After spinning the knob back and forth about 1000 times (really) in the problem frequency area the VFO started working normally.  I assume there was just some oxidation on the variable capacitor bushing/bearing surfaces that finally got worn off.
