[Kenwood] Display gone on my 850

[Jerry Holcomb]

An electrolytic capacitor designated as C18 on the display board has leaked 
and possibly damaged the traces underneath it.  It's a fairly frequent 
posting on kenwood 850 sites.  I inspected mine yesterday.  Its not hard to
