[Kenwood] Putting TS-930S on WARC

Hello,

I have an early TS-930S, serial number 4070110.  It has 30 meter 
transmit capability, but the 17 and 12 meter transmit has not been 
activated.  Apparently, this rig was purchased before US Hams were 
authorized access to 18 and 24 mHz but after we could use the new 10 mHz band.

Can anyone point me to the right directions to activate full 12 and 
17 Meter coverage. I suspect that the solution may be as simple as 
cutting a couple diodes!
